1 1/2 pounds ground lamb
1 large yellow onion - chopped fine
1 bunch parsley - chopped
1 bunch fresh mint - chopped
1 cup pine nuts
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon - salt
1/2 teaspoon - pepper
1 jar grape leaves * - water (as needed)

*Note: Grape leaves should be washed and stems removed. In a large
