Ingredients

1 clove garlic - halved
2 chubs jimmy dean sausage
4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 cups beef broth
2 large onions - , chopped
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 stick butter or margarine
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dry mustard
2 cups sour cream
salt pepper and paprika,
to taste

Rub cut garlic around the bottom and sides of a large skillet; discard
