Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken
breasts

2 tablespoons chopped shallots
1 tablespoon chopped fresh or
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon salt
2 egg whites
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line loaf pan, 8-1/2 X
