| 1 | stalk | celery - diced |
| 1/2 | medium | sweet onion - diced |
Sauce
old jerrys cole slaw |
| 1 | cup | Miracle Whip |
| 1/2 | cup | sugar |
| 3 | tablespoons | vegetable oil |
| 2 1/4 | tablespoons | Tarragon Vinegar - (do not substitute) |
| 2 | teaspoons | celery seed |

Run the above slaw ingredients in a processor and chop
at joes barbecue
until about 1/4 inch in size. Combine the sauce ingredients in a shallow mixing bowl. Use a wisk to mix.
