for prepare Fig Walnut Wheat Bread

2 1/2 teaspoons yeast
3 cups bread flour
1/3 cup wheat germ - toasted
1 1/2 teaspoons cocoa powder - unsweetened
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons powdered milk
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 cup water - plus 3 tb
3 tablespoons honey
1/2 cup figs,dried,chopped - calimyrna
1/3 cup walnuts, chopped - toasted

Place all ingredients in machine and push start! Use raisin

    Dairy is a grey area and it depends who you llofow in the paleo community. I don't have it or use it often but am not 100% strict with cutting it out. If you google paleo and dairy you will find many arguments for and against. I think it's important to decide where you stand with it and more importantly if you can tolerate any form of dairy. I know I don't tolerate it well so keep it to a minimum. Parmesan is low lactose and so I tend to be fine with small amounts.
