2	packages	yeast
Warm water three flour yeast bread
2	cups	scalded milk
1	tablespoon	brown sugar
3	tablespoons	white sugar
1	tablespoon	salt
3	tablespoons	shortening
1/2	cup	rye flour
1/2	cup	whole wheat flour
1	cup	white flour

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir and mix the three flours extra well. Mix all ingredients well. Add more flour as to make dough easy to knead so as not to be sticky.
