1 lb Lean ground beef
3 c Cooked black beans
1 c Diced green pepper
1 c Chopped onions
1 c Diced carrots
1 tb Chili powder
2 Garlic cloves, minced
2 Bay leaves
1/2 ts Ground red pepper
3 c Vegetable or tomato juice
4 c Hot cooked rice

Cook beef in 2-3 quart sauce pan over medium heat, stirring
