3 eggs
1 1/4 cups milk
1 ounce melted butter
4 ounces flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 vanilla beans - scraped
FOR FILLING

1/2 cup cream cheese
1/4 cup pureed banana
1 tablespoon godiva liqueur
1 tablespoon coconut milk

Crepe: 1) Combine all crepe ingredients in a bowl and whip with

    This is a Better Homes Gardens recipe from the 70 s. It only has 3 dinrfeeft cheeses but I hope it is the recipe you are looking for.Baked Appetizer Crepes12 6-inch crepes2 beaten eggs2 cups ricotta cheese1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese1 10-ounce package frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and well drained.1 1/2 cups soft bread crumbs (3 slices bread)1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese1/4 tsp. black pepperdash garlic powder1/2 cup butter or margarine1 cup whipping cream1/2 cup Parmesan cheese1. Prepare crepes. In a bowl combine eggs, ricotta, Swiss cheeses and bread crumbs, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, pepper and garlic powder; mix well. Spoon about 1/3 cup filling into center of each crepe. roll up. Cut each rolled crepe crosswise into thirds. Place the pieces, cut side up, in a 2-quart baking dish.2. In a small saucepan, melt butter, stir in cream and the remaining 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture thickens slightly. Pour the sauce over the crepes. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 18 to 20 minutes or until heated through.
