3/4	cup	cornmeal
1/4	cup	sugar
1	cup	milk
1/4	cup	vegetable oil

For corn bread topping, mix flour, cornmeal and sugar in medium bowl with spoon. Mix milk, oil and egg; stir into flour mixture just until moisted. *If using all-purpose flour, add in 1 tsp baking powder and 1/2 tsp salt with the flour.
