3 zucchini - sliced 1/8" thick

2 teaspoons lemon grass - thinly sliced
1 teaspoon fresh ginger root - grated
2 kaffir lime leaves
2 teaspoons coriander - ground
1 teaspoon arrowroot dissolved in a little water
