100 gram green peas - shelled
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
2 tablespoons coriander leaves - cleaned
salt to taste
TO GRIND

1 teaspoon coriander seeds
2 red chiles
1 5 cm piece tamarind
1 teaspoon coconut oil
FOR SEASONING

1 tablespoon black mustard seeds
1 teaspoon black gram dal
2 red chiles - broken
1 tablespoon coconut oil
