2 pounds lamb or beef cubes
1/2 cup oil
2 onions - sliced
2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
5 garlic flakes - minced
3 bay leaves
2 teaspoons ground coriander seeds
1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 cup well stirred yogurt
1/2 cup blanched almonds
1/4 cup heavy cream

Heat oil in a saucepan, fry onions, ginger, garlic, bay leaves
