well and combine egg, sour cream, pineapple and shortening. Stir in dry
basic muffin mix recipe
ingredients and 1/2 cup pecans. Bake in muffin tins. Bake at 400 degrees
muffin recipe with cream cheese filling
for 20 minutes or until brown. Yields 1 1/2 dozen.
