Ingredients

1/2 c Sugar
1 t Baking powder
1/2 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 c Sour cream
1/2 c Peach preserves
1 Egg
1 t Vanilla extract
2/3 c Pecans - toast & chop

Position rack in center of oven
