| 2 | | Scallions cut in - peas sized pieces |
| 2 | | Dried chili pepper |
SAUCE

| 3 | tablespoons | Sugar |
| 2 | teaspoons | Sherry |
| 5 | teaspoons | Soy sauce |
| 1 | teaspoon | White vinegar |
