1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 pinch grated nutmeg
1 pinch granulated sugar
1 teaspoon flour
1/3 cup light cream
1/3 cup sauce Mornay - * see note
1 tablespoon grated Swiss cheese
2 tablespoons butter - melted
