Ingredients

Amount Measure Ingredient - Preparation Method
1 liter milk
1/2 cup sugar
400 gram rice - washed and drained
2 tablespoons ghee or butter - (to 3)
1 small amount sliced almonds & pistachios
1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom seeds - optional
1 small pinch ground nutmeg powder
