1 kilogram large prawns
4 teaspoons chile powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
salt to taste

5 cm cinnamon - powdered

3 flakes - (6 g) garlic,
crushed

2 1/2 cm ginger - chopped
4 green chiles - slit lengthwise
1/2 cup grated coconut
2 teaspoons raw rice
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 1/2 cups thick coconut milk

WASH, clean and devein the prawns. In a

bowl, put the prawns, chile powder, turmeric powder, salt, lime juice and cinnamon. Mix well and keep
