Boned sautйed chicken breasts would also work in this manner. For vegetarians, a garden burger would work well prepared in this manner. I wanted to take a minute and post this recipe for a dish that is very easy to prepare and very tasty. In the markets at the meat section, you can find a cut of meat called cube steak. Basically, I think they use round steak and run it through the tenderizer a few times, but you can use any similar cut of meat.
