1 clove garlic - finely chopped
1 small chile - finely chopped

6 large mussels
12 clams
1 cup chicken stock
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 lime leaves - finely sliced
230 gram broad noodles
1 sprig coriander leaves - coarsely chopped

Soak the noodles in water until soft and then
