1/2 pound Boneless skinless chicken - coarsely chopped

1 tablespoon Sesame oil
3 Green onions - chopped
1 Iceberg lettuce head - separate into leaves

1 Egg white - beaten
1 tablespoon Cornstarch
1 tablespoon Dry sherry or Chinese rice wine
1/2 teaspoon Freshly grated ginger
