1/2 cup chopped fresh basil

fresh tomato and basil sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
or red wine vinegar

2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 box penne pasta - uncooked
8 ounces
