5 to 6 medium
pitted and quartered
plum ketchup
2 cloves garlic - minced
1/3 cup packed light brown sugar
1/3 cup cider vinegar
1/3 cup water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 cinnamon stick

In a large heavy saucepan, combine

all ingredients. Bring to a simmer, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, until
