Ingredients
for prepare Beef Salami

5 pounds lean ground beef
5 teaspoons Morton's Tender-Quick salt
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
2 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt
4 teaspoons table salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring
2 1/2 teaspoons mustard seed

Combine all ingredients; mix well. Refrigerate for 24 hours.
