Ingredients

1 tablespoon Extra virgin Olive Oil
1 pound Lean Ground Beef
Med Onion chopped
Carrots matchstick slices

1/2 teaspoon Dried Thyme
1/2 cup Baby Peas - canned or frozen
3 cups Mashed potatoes
1 tablespoon Unsalted Butter or oil

Preheat the oven to 350 deg F. In an all-iron skillet,
