5 pounds canned ham
1/4 cup apple juice
1 cup cognac
1/4 cup corn syrup
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon dry mustard
1 whole cloves

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix apple
boiled smoked pork shoulder ham
juice, cognac, corn syrup, brown sugar and mustard together and brush on ham after sudding with cloves.

Bake for 1 hour basting frequently with above mixture. Garnish with pineapple
