1 1/2 teaspoons finely ground black pepper
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
3 pounds boneless pork shoulder
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
