Ingredients

1 fryer - cut up
5 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup celery - chopped
1/2 cup parsley - chopped
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
3 tablespoons salad oil
1 large onion - chopped
3 cups hot water
1 bay leaf - crumbled

Salt and pepper the chicken. Brown slowly

in oil over med. heat. Remove pcs. of chicken when browned, stir in flour
