Ingredients

50 grams chicken
5 red chiles
1 cup coconut - grated
2 cups coconut milk
5 grams cumin seeds
5 grams black pepper seeds
5 grams coriander seeds
5 grams methi seeds
5 grams garam masala
6 0 g ghee
5 0 g onions - chopped
5 grams garlic
2 lemons

Heat 3 tbsp of ghee in a pan, fry red chiles,
