1 pound beef tenderloin
marinade
indonesian chicken satay
2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce*
1 teaspoon lemon juice
3 tablespoons hot vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon coriander
2 tablespoons hot vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce*
for Indonesian soy saucesweet
indonesian chicken satay
1 cup Chinese or Japanese soy sauce
1/2 cup molasses

Mix together marinate and pour over bite-size pieces of meat.
