Ingredients

1 cup salted peanuts
2 tablespoons ground coriander
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 cup sliced onion
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup bouillon
2 pounds lean pork - cut in 1-inch cubes
