1 clove garlic chopped finely
4 green onions sliced thinly
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried sage
1 package frozen peas & carrots - (10oz)

3 tablespoons steak sauce or Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 package refrigerated or frozen prepared mashed

1 egg - lightly beaten

1) Heat oven to 375(. 2) Heat nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
