2 cups apple cider vinegar
1 cup yellow mustard
1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper - fine ground, light
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

Mix and use as a mop or as finishing sauce. Use on
barbecue restaurants
