8 ounces noodles - uncooked
1 1/2 cups creamed cottage cheese
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 clove minced garlic
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce - up to 2 teaspoons
1 dash pepper sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
16 ounces canned salmon - drained
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese - 2 ripe mangos and

Heat oven to 325F Cook noodles as directed on package, drain. Mix noodles,
