50 grams french beans - cut
50 grams cauliflower - cut
50 grams peas
6 tablespoons ghee
4 cloves
4 cardamoms
4 pieces cinnamon
4 onions - sliced
1 piece ginger - (1/2"), crushed
4 flakes garlic - (to 6), crushed
1/2 tablespoon chile powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
2 tablespoons coriander leaves - chopped
6 green chiles
salt to taste

In a pressure cooker heat the ghee, then add the cloves, cardamoms, cinnamon,
